Ultra Steak Inc. is a long-established restaurant support company comprised of talented, service-centric professionals. With more than 3,000 employees, we have supported and operated multiple restaurant brands over the decades, including Texas Roadhouse, Aspen Creek Grill, Aspen Tap House, and Slim Chickens. Our brands are known for delivering high-value, quality food and a fun, welcoming dining experience for guests.

Established in 1979 in Anderson, Indiana, Ultra Steak Inc. has a proven history of providing operational and support services that drive growth within the restaurant industry. Our journey began with a single Sizzler restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which expanded to nine franchised Sizzler locations across the state. A significant milestone occurred in 1996 when we converted our Muncie, Indiana Sizzler into a Texas Roadhouse restaurant, marking the beginning of a long and successful partnership. Over the years, that partnership grew to include eighteen Texas Roadhouse franchises across Indiana, Ohio, and California. In the first quarter of 2025, Ultra Steak Inc. completed the sale of its Texas Roadhouse locations, allowing the company to focus on the next chapter of growth and brand development.

From 2012 to 2019, Ultra Steak Inc. provided support to a network of 24 Little Caesars locations. Our portfolio continued to expand in 2014 with the acquisition of the Aspen Creek Grill concept from Texas Roadhouse, Inc., adding eight locations across Texas, Indiana, and Kentucky. Further growth followed with the launch of Aspen Tap House in 2020, expanding into Illinois and Indiana. Most recently, Slim Chickens joined our family of brands in 2021, with franchise rights for up to 21 locations in Oregon and Idaho, reinforcing our continued commitment to thoughtful growth and operational excellence.
